In July 2020, kapo activists from IK-27, a prisoner Andrei Prudnyk, on the proposal of the prosecutor, initiated 2 criminal cases against the kapo and the acting head of the operations department, Major Koval. However, as the prosecutor himself points out, so far - after more than 18 months - no final decision has been made on the cases.
