On the night of June 10-11, 2022, at one of the camp sites, an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Abakan, Alexander Maryasov, severely beat a doctor with 15 years of experience, Dmitry Ovchinnikov, in front of his friends and family members, after which federal judge Lyudmila Fedorenko, a relative of Maryasov from Krasnoyarsk, began to intimidate Dmitry and force him to refuse to testify and make statements to the ICR on the fact of violent crimes committed against him, to threaten him with his connections in the law enforcement system and in the FSB. The victim Dmitry Ovchinnikov turned to the Gulagu.net hotline, taking into account the threats made against him and the violent actions already committed against him by an unscrupulous employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Moreover, after Dr. Ovchinnikov submitted applications to the prosecutor’s office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, federal judge Lyudmila Fedorenko threatened him with falsification of a criminal case against him about an alleged attack on her by a doctor, intimidating the doctor with a criminal case about an alleged attempt on the life of a judge .
Dmitry Ovchinnikov has already recorded traces of beatings, brain concussions and abrasions and bruises on the body, head, arms and legs, and together with the statement informed law enforcement agencies about the state of emergency in accordance with Article 141 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation.
