The websites of the FSB and the Ministry of Justice of Russia were either available or not, and at 2 am a sign appeared on the website of the Ministry of Justice about the work with the site.

They say that the leadership of the FSB on New Year's Eve had a hysteria. Especially in the Department "M" of the FSB, which "oversees" the Ministry of Justice, the Federal Penitentiary Service and torture in this territorial body. All closed chats of employees of all three departments were filled with screenshots with disabled sites and a discussion of the prospects for 2022.
