Prosecutors of the regional prosecutor's office exercise procedural guidance in criminal proceedings on the fact of the seizure of state buildings or structures (Article 341 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

It has been established that on March 7, 2022, 20 unknown armed men broke into the Starobilsk pre-trial detention center. Threatening with automatic firearms and physical violence, the men forcibly forced the employees to leave the facility. After that, they seized the pre-trial detention center and are holding it.

Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out by investigators of the Severodonetsk district police department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Luhansk region.

Currently, all possible and appropriate measures are being taken in criminal proceedings to establish the circumstances of the incident and the persons involved."

What our sources warned about. The fighters of the Russian Guard, the FSB and the Federal Penitentiary Service are systematically seizing the institutions of the Department for the Execution of Punishments of Ukraine. Question - why? They cannot establish order and legality in their own.
